"In short, there's simply not a more congenial spot than here in Camelot!"

Well, I'm due for an update of course!

I'm currently in the midst of the production of Camelot at Seattle Musical Theatre! I was cast in the ensemble back in August, and have had a simply amazing experience rehearsing and now performing (first weekend under our belt) this lovely show. I adore all of the music, always have, and so I'm ecstatic to have the opportunity to perform in this show.

You should come see it! Click HERE for details. It really is a fabulous show. This morning a review of the show came out in the Seattle Times, check it out HERE!

So that's what's going on for me right now. That and I'll be in a short film (starting production now, and filming in late October). That's going to be exciting. The director found me on Theatre Puget Sounds' website and contacted me asking if I would want to be the lead. It's set in the 1940's. I cannot say much more than that right now, so that I don't give too much away, but the script is pretty great so far.

I'm just happily chugging along in life. Work is good, home is good, although I have gone back to my old mistress - coffee. I couldn't avoid coffee while doing a show. It just didn't work. But! The coffee is supurbly declicious at Cafe Rococo which just opened a few stores down from my office. Geoff works there now, too! Huzzah!

I'll be auditioning for more shows and whatnot of course, and I'll be terribly sad when Camelot is over. It's been a wonderful show, with a seriously FABULOUS cast and crew. I'm very blessed to be a part of this magic. That's what it is, too. Magic!

I hope to see you at the show!

Magic indeed! I catch myself almost belting out "CAMELOT!" while working at random times. I really enjoyed the show; Jenni and the cast win.
