A Trial in W's

Winds Wail and Worry

This wandering weather worries Worn Wool Coat and turns his wale wacky. “I do not want the wracking rain; it reeks of wailing women and wandering babes, longing for the womb.” Worn Wool Coat whines, “Why? Why must it be wet and windy, wrapping the world with unwanted and woesome water?”

“Shhhh.” I whisper to Worn Wool Coat. “We cannot wonder at the weather. I will wear you, when the weather is right, and I won’t wear you when the winds are wrong.”
